Placed an online order for pick-up and was promptly called by an employee to inform me that 3 of the 4 items that were listed as in stock online were actually not available. She said she could substitute items for the same price, NO price change, to which I agreed. I arrive to pick up my order and the manager informs me that items I ordered aren’t available. I explained the entire situation to her, as explained to me by the employee who called. So the 2 pre-rolls and 2 carts (4 items total) I ordered turned into only 2 carts (2 items only) and ended up costing almost $15 dollars more than my original order. I would like to feel as though this isn’t typical, given all the 5 star reviews, but as a first time customer it definitely left a poor impression. The silver lining was the manager took it upon herself to make it as right as she could. I paid a little more than I had I initially planned, and she took care of the rest herself, of her own volition, and was so nice through the whole experience. The fact that she was willing to go that far to make a customer happy is the reason I will be back (not to try and get her to pay for anything, though…just to be clear). I don’t know how much money she makes, but I can only assume it’s not enough based on her service recovery skills alone. She’s an unbelievable asset to your company.

This store makes you feel so welcome the owner and staff took their time and educated me on all the different items they had I ended up buying a couple of items even a slushy it was amazing

I called ahead to make sure the had the item I was looking for and got a nice lady the was helpful and went there right away, it's a little hole in the wall place but had lots of items to chose from. The same lady was working the desk and was very helpful, this is my new go to place :-)...... update I was looking for my favorite strand but they didn't have, but a few hours later they called me back saying the have it on order and to come back next Saturday..woooo hooooo :-)

This place is ran horribly. There is no management available and they turn away customers based on personal issues. The owner is never around and does not return calls. I would not trust the employee there, it seems like they are just there for a check.
