I just went there for my first time today. Tommy made me feel very welcomed. Top quality CBD products and amazing customer service. By far the best CBD shop I have been to!

Hospitality how it should be. Wouldn't go anywhere else for CBD. Tommy the owner always has the answers. His knowledge of the benefits and effects of CBD goes far beyond his own products which are super high quality. I look forward to seeing his business grow! (no pun intended)

Couldn't be happier with the experience and the product. Owner Tommy was very knowledgeable about his and other products on the market and was great to work with. Have tried options from several vendors and rather more expensive or hyped, I haven't run across anything close to the quality. That being said, the price for the quality is extremely reasonable and I would still go out of my way for it even if it were more pricey. If your'e currently using CBD products or just have questions, take the extra time to travel to Richfield and give this shop a shot!

Hands down the best CBD oil out there! Tommy is awesome to work with and very knowledgeable. Who would of thought the best CBD oil would be right in my backyard? I've tried CBD oils from CA and VT and they don't even come close to CBD House's product.

Very cool, clean and Zen establishment. Tommy the owner and operator is knowledgeable and was able to explain things to me very clearly... as a first timer, this was very appreciated! Purchased CBD oil and hemp infused Columbian coffee.
He was also helpful explaining how to use the pet tincture for my dog. 🐾

The man who runs this shop is just absolutely amazingly dedicated to bringing the best experience he can and it shows. He is knowledgeable, fun to talk with, and will gladly answer any questions you have. The products themselves are top notch. I have tried many shops CBD options. Let's just say as long as the CBD house is open for business they will have my business. Stores and their customer service rarely impress me these days. so I hope anyone who reads this review and is interested stops in at least once to see for themselves what I am talking about, cause my words don't do justice how pleasant an experience it really is.

I ordered some CBD cream for my grandma who has nasty arthritis and back pain. The muscle cream is the only stuff that works for her. When I thought there might be an issue with delivery, I reached out and Tommy took care of it immediately. It turns out there wasn't an issue after all, but I appreciated his prompt reply and willingness to check things out. 5/5 stars for customer service and 5/5 stars for products that really work.
