The staff was nice and did take the time to explain some of the basics of how things worked. After selling me on something they haven't had the cartridges since and keep telling me to check back next week (it's been three weeks as of this review). If it's an issue with the supplier, explain that. At this point all I can guess is negligence from management or whoever is responsible for placing orders.
Glad they got my money for something it doesn't seem like they plan on supplying any more.

After a bad experience the owner reached out to me and made things right. The staff now is so friendly and are very knowledgeable. I am glad to say now that this is a company I recommend to my friends. They’re always running deals and doing promotions. they wouldn’t sell to my friend, we are both of legal age, because i didn’t have my id on me, she showed her id too and they said they couldn’t sell because i didn’t have my id. i wasn’t buying anything and now my friend can’t buy anything either

Been going here for years first time I have problems they are unwilling to stand behind their products. Bought a new mi pod and it failed right away but due to my work schedule I was a little late Bringing it back I admit that. However after spending thousands of dollars on multiple devices and juice you would think they would work with you. Ahh well your fired
