We went in the shop with the purpose of finding a hat. The clerk was helping other patrons when we went in so we looked around. They have an amazing assortment of tobacco and pipes. When the clerk was finished with the other customers, he asked if he could help us and thanked us for out patience. He took the time to show us some of his more interesting pieces and helped us find what we were looking for. All in all a very enjoyable experience. The clerk was interesting, very knowlegable, and friendly.

Use to love this place! But I guess now with two Sioux Falls locations they decided to cut 3/4 of the smoke shop products so now if I need anything I have to basically drive to Sioux Falls?
So yeah don’t recommend them any more you’ll just be disappointed I sure am!

I love that this place is there and it's fairly priced. Just a concern that happened when I was there. A friend of mine handled a piece, a no no, I know, but she's young and inexperienced, and she dropped it, cutting herself. The case for these pieces were wide open and I don't think the shop keep there was working on stuff in there. There was no sign on the case. The initial reaction wasn't to ask a customer who was hurt if she was okay, but to demand the piece be paid for. We had no problem paying for it, but the way it was handled was poorly and leaving a case wide open without a sign was asking for a piece to be broken or stolen.

Friendly, laid back staff who actually want to help you find what you're looking for. The rewards program is awesome, I've gotten $20 off my purchase twice now. They just enter in your phone number and tell you if you have $5 to $20 off and ask if you want to use it now or later. If Herb N' Legend was in a different city I would travel to buy stuff there. It's in Luverne where I live so it's a 2 minute drive for me, but I recommend this place to anyone.

Knowledgeable staff for any questions you may have and have multiple locations now to serve you better. So if your looking for apparel, new equipment, new tools,new parts,storage, incenses or just want to see what's new out there stop in check it out. They take credit/debit cards and of course cash

Would be 1 star if the employees weren’t so terrific. Let me start here, i live in Lincoln Nebraska. I collect empire Glassworks and a few other name brands. I found a website with a map of all retailers that sell empire Glassworks. These guys were on it so i messaged them and decided to go up to their south dakota and Minnesota shops and check stuff out to avoid shipping headaches on both sides. I figured if i spent $500 or so while i was up there they would be more trusting and willing to order me some stuff i needed for other pieces in my collection. So i spent just over $500 my first time up there and had $150 of accessories i needed and ordered and the owner said hed do it. A few weeks passed so i asked about the order. He told me he got it ordered just waiting on shipment. Two weeks passed again and he messaged me saying they dont make anything i wanted anymore along with a pic of a $35 carb he had laying around. I told him luckily i got everything from the maker of the glass. Then today i called and the owner doesn't wanna talk business or cut a deal with me on a rig that i offered to drive again and pickup because i didnt buy the $35 carb last time. I offered 15% off the price cause thats what i found it for online but id rather support a shop And was told retail or no deal. And thats his choice. This was mine. Overall shop loyalty means nothing to these guys.
