It's a very professionally run and organized business..if you are looking for tobacco products, CBD products or just want to browse for various different types of smoking products you will definitely find what you need here.. There is so many items to choose from, many different styles of products to choose from, and the staff is definitely knowledgeable about everything in the store!!!! The artwork is outstanding and beautiful.. I have been to other smoke shops but I have never been to One as awesome as this place.. I am totally solid by there products, hospitality and superior customer service!!!!

Let me preface this by saying last time I visited this store, no one was allowed entry and customers were serviced via walk-up window. I was surprised when I opened the door and saw the store fully open. I am a full time single parent of a two year old. I did not want to leave him locked in a hot car parked on a busy downtown street. He is never not with me. Some masked female shouted at me from the opposite corner that kids were not allowed. Okay, I understand that's the rule. I came for a very specific product under the belief that the store had a walk up window. Another employee said sure, you can buy a vape, but your kid can't be in here at all you have to leave him in the car. It's 85 degrees outside and he's two years old. There is no parking spot in sight from the inside of the store and no private parking lot.. There were no other customers in the store and four employees. I don't understand why they would not have at least met me at the door with my purchase. I easily could have placed my order and given my payment while standing outside the entrance, especially since that was how they ran the store through the bulk of the pandemic. They would only take my business if I was a neglectful parent? Okay I'll go elsewhere.

(Update )My boyfriend Bought a glass piece but accidentally forgot it on the counter and when We went back to grab it well the one dude was rude saying My bf did grab it and He know for a fact I didn’t. So lost out on that money made me very disappointed. The other employee is suppose to check the cameras to see if the other guy did grab it because of how defensive he was being. I honestly didn’t expect this from here because I’ve always had good service until today. But if that’s how this place is ran I will go else where with my money. ***Edit*** they did check the cameras and seen someone else had snatched it off the counter so they apologized a lot and gave us another bowl and a tee shirt and stickers. Which i am very impressed they actually checked the cameras and apologized for not believing my bf. So I’m changing this from a 1 ⭐️ To 5 ⭐️❤️

Would have given 5 stars, but store lacks nails for nectar collectors. Seemed like they had a good personal reason though; the cashier mentioned they used to carry them but probably won't reorder them.
Aside from that, this store is phenomenal for smoking enthusiasts and art lovers alike. Lots of artists displayed and great variety. Very relaxed atmosphere.
Also saw the Pax brand of vapes displayed here, which is a huge plus. They also carry the various attachments for it, nice!

This is a great glass shop with a great dude working there. He was super helpful in finding what I need and answered any questions I had. There were several other people that came in during the span that i was in there and he was just as inventive to them as well. My brother and I ended up spending something like 3 grand there and it was well worth every penny.

This is one of the coolest places in Duluth. Beautiful locally blown glass art at every price point, friendly staff and awesome events featuring local artists. A must-visit for tourists and locals alike.

Nice place. Prices are kinda high for certain things but staff was helpful. Only thing I can suggest is better snow clearing for people that are on crutches
