Started to roll my own cigarettes a few months ago, admittedly it wasn’t going to well on my own. I just couldn’t make a good cigarette. Until I stopped in at Sarah’s, I asked a bunch of questions, one of the awesome employees actually picked out the correct type of tobacco for me to use and that I still currently use today. I have to say I’m always leaving there with a smile on my face which is impressive, What more could you honestly ask from tobacco shop. Whatever it is the owner/managers are doing they are doing it right.

Be careful here, they do not enforce mask laws, not even the employees wear them! I have been coming here for over a year, and almost every time I walk in there in the last two months the employees don't have masks on and the customers are not asked to wear one when they don't have one on! I was just in there this evening and none of the employees had masks on, and there were a couple of customers not wearing them or asked to wear them even though they have signs posted all over the place! I normally wouldn't care how a business runs its establishments, but these are different and difficult times, and the losers who allow people to just do the opposite to protect the community, are dangerous right now and I advise you stay away from this place as I will be going up the street from now on and passing the word! Get your act together before you infect people and get shut down, as people are watching you, and the state mandated reporting will be done!

The young gentleman who was there today provided excellent and very hospitable service. He's very personable and has great product knowledge. I appreciate it that he gave me options in what I was shopping for. It's a pleasure to shop at Sarah's.

Who makes a comment about their customers spending time at their store? What does it matter how much time they spend to spend their money at your store? They get five stars at being rude. Five stars at being greedy. I wasn’t trying to buy just one item but thanks for worrying how long it would take us to purchase something.

I was looking for cbd vape with .003 THC and the person told me this had it but when I got home it was just the regular cbd waste of time never going back they really don't know their products and the price was 20.00 more than others I have been to

Great customer service from the guy who isnt the manager! Hes usually in after 1:00pm and is very helpful in selecting the right e cig for your needs! He has a lot of knowledge about the products and is able to answer all my questions. The prices are not bad compared to other ecig shops. The manager thats there in the mornings is not good at all. He doesn't know any information on the products he doesnt know where any of the products are located and spends a long time searching ususally not finding it and saying they are out. So I try to only go in the afternoons DO NOT GO IN THE MORNINGS THE MANAGER THAT IS THERE IS AWFUL!
