Had what I needed

I tried to return a faulty cartridge. Brought in the packaging and the cartridge was completely full. It was obvious I was not pulling some scam. Just wanted them to right what was wronged. Would not refund or replace because "the manager doesn't do refunds anymore". So basically sell me an unusable product and tell me sucks to be me. Will not be returning.
