It’s always a positive experience when I visit. I’m an older guy using vapors since I quit smoking cigarettes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve helped me pick out devices a couple times and juice many times and I’d honestly be lost without their help.

I was in Bemidji for the day and I needed some juice, so I decided to check these guys out. The last time I was in town I came by to see if they had an individual coil for an obscure tank I had, which they did not, but the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Thought I'd give em another try for juice this time around. I walked in, vaguely described what I was looking for, and the very first thing they suggested was exactly what I was looking for, and it ended up being the best juice I've ever had.
If I lived close to one of their stores I wouldn't go anywhere else, these guys deserve your business. Some vape shops and their staff have a holier-than-thou vibe, which is a huge turn-off, but Northland isn't one of them. I can't even describe how much better Northlands customer service is compared to some other shops I've been to, extremely friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable, and so far the couple times I've shopped here it's been by far the best service of any vape shop I've been to, and even the best overall service as far as retail goes. I can't praise these guys enough, they're awesome! I'll go out of my way to come back if I'm ever in the area. Thanks guys!

Before coming here, I used to go to the other smoke shops for my vapor products, after I saw Northland vapors here in town, I came in and they are cheaper and very friendly. I infact just purchased my first RTA tank from there and they were very kind and showed me how to set it up! I will definitely recommend that you go here for the experience, and the availability of their vapor and CBD products is insane!!! If I could give this place 100 stars I would!
