I live in/around the Sault Ste. Marie store location, and the employees there are outstandingly helpful and awesome. Always smiling no matter what is happening. I watched a very unruly customer get very vulgar and hateful with the staff, and they just did their job with a smile. Patula and Teddy are 2 that stand out more than the others. She is so helpful and sweet. Same with Teddy, it is a more personal level I guess you could say. I'm not sure, but they make the whole experience so much better. The store is always clean, and tidy. And now that the prices are competitive, I and a few friends have been ONLY going there for our needs. I will go to Firestation for prerolls. They have the cheapest infused prerolls, and prerolls packs. Through "Glorious Cannabis" as well as "Cali Blaze" infused prerolls. I really wish that you carried those. If you take anything from this letter take this. The Sault location is amazing, the employees are too knotch, Patula and Teddy deserve a raise. And you should carry more brands of prerolls. Infused prerolls to be exact. Then the shop would be the absolute best. Thank you for your time, and again, the store, Patula and Teddy. Just awesome, a true winning team. Thank you.
