This was my first time shopping at Sozo, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. To start, the staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. The facility itself was clean, uncluttered, and well-organized, making it easy to find the products I was looking for. The only issue I encountered was during checkout. Their payment processing system wouldn't take my card, or my bank wouldn't allow the transaction, I'm not sure which. However, it wasn't much of a problem because they offer an ATM in the lobby, allowing me to withdrawal cash instead, without having to leave the premises. My one recommendation would be to make a quick stop at the bank on your way if I want to avoid the fee charged by their lobby ATM. Otherwise, great experience overall and looking forward to my next visit!
