We brought in an almost empty container of a salve which was bought for us from another dispensary for pain relief. They sold us their closest product. After two uses, we felt the product was defective. 1). It was difficult to remove from the container 2) the salve had a grainy texture and 3) It provided no pain relief.
We attempted to return the product one week after purchase. They told us that they could not help us because it was outside their 48 hour window for returns. This was the first time we were aware of this policy. It was not on their receipt, was not verbalized to us and was not posted on a sign in the facility which attracted our attention.
They knew that we lived more than 100 miles from the dispensary and still would not make any accommodations! No offer of a refund, store credit or exchange.

So they:
1. Have a pretty extensive selection. A little overwhelming, but really great stuff!
2. SUPER friendly. They really helped me out with selection and product description.
3. They like our cookies! We had a blast selling outside your store on 4/20. It was COLD, but fun, and I hope to do it again soon! (When the weather is more friendly, like your staff)
4. Miss the old Beef-A-Roo, but enjoy the fact there is more competition and quality here in MQT!

Customer service was definitely lacking. Can definitely feel discrimination in the air, witnessed multiple times, where only certain first time patients were offered the freebies. You can definitely tell which customers were, "excluded" it's kind of a joke to see such ignorance. Avoid cartridges here at all costs, multiple issues present with heating.

I've shopped most of the dispensaries in the area and by far liked Rize the most. Talking with Jacob who gave his full attention to me from walking in the door through checkout, I was able to fully understand what products would be best for what I wanted. Awesome experience, and the only dispensary I will shop from now on.
