GIANT JOKE!!!!! HORRIBLE! If I could give no stars I would!! This place is a joke! That doesn’t back their products! They don’t tell you there are no returns or exchanges they have a small sign that is attached to the front(not the top) of the counter. My partner bought me a vape and cartridge from there lastnight, I plugged it in to charge all night. After a few minutes the charging light shuts off and it won’t charge. I tried charging it all night and nothing!! We paid $18 for the battery. I went back this afternoon and the same girl(manager) was working. She remembered me and my partner and said so, but would do nothing!!!!! She pointed at this tiny sign that is the same color as the counter and didn’t care after that!!!!! GIANT JOKE!!!!!!

This place has bud that looks brown and gross. Tastes like outdoor garbage.. It was labeled as 25% but once I left the store I noticed it said 25% HHC. I couldn't believe it when I saw it. What i bought was nonsense. Never going back.

I have only worked with this company online but their products are great! I use the CBD oil and dog treats for our nervous, anxious, and rambunctious Golden Retriever and after a week, she's like a different animal. Very calm but still very much herself...it's amazing not tripping over her under my feet several times a day! Staff had great recommendations as well and items often ship same day. The variety of products carried at Nature’s Kyoor is abundant! They have something for everyone! The first time I went, Evans and Nicole were so efficient in helping me decide what I needed to get, particularly targeting my problem areas, pain, and anxiety. First, 100% sold out of CBD pens. Second, "Top Shelf" hemp flower so full of lint that every bit smells and tastes like burning hair, a lot of effort to clean. Same "Top Shelf" product is extremely poorly cured and looks the same. For these high prices you are better off ordering an organic product from Oregon.

So I bought eight of these cartridges and three of them the pins came out of the bottom and all the oil leaked out inside my pens I called the place in Lansing talk to Christina and she said there's nothing they can do about it they are Distributing these pens to gas stations and she says once they're leave they're building their check than they can't do nothing about it so as a customer that's been buying their product you know $75 worthless is a lot of money to just getting over covid and money is tight so I think it's wrong that they're not backing up their product they are junk unless somebody refunds my money or my product I will never be back to them again.... well prior to my post which was probably an hour ago I have got a call from somebody throughout the company and they are taking care of me with some kind of gift card for somewhere and for something so I'm all good with that so you could scratch my last review I'm sure things happen but as long as it's getting taken care of I'm good with that..
