My joint ripped and was stuck in the box. They always sell defective products, the n lie and say they tested it, when they didnt and blames the customer. I sent photos and a video, and the General Manager Shelby was very rude. Products are over priced!

I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still open when their prices are absolutely astronomical. Get an eighth here for $50 or an ounce next door for $79 😂

Very friendly staff. There was a mistake with the photo online. A staff member messaged me and we got it straightened out without a hassle in a very quick fashion. I highly recommend stopping in here and seeing what they all have to offer.

I was asked today which of the local dispensaries I prefer. There is only one I consider, and it's NSH. 10/10 recommend. The staff is not only knowledgeable, but they're the friendliest group. And they were here first...! 🥇

From surgeries to elderly parents in pain, with the goal to avoid narcotics, Penny and the staff at NSH we're the first to listen. Really listen and care about chronic and difficult issues surrounding pain relief. They were the first to make you feel welcome. The first to stand up for the needs of so many in the community. The first to give back to the community. They will always be the first and the most giving.

I am beyond frustrated I put in my order online 15 minutes before closing time I was pulling into the parking lot at 7:57 and all the lights were off already the closed sign was up I tried calling three times!! And no answer if you are going to let in order to be put through online 10 minutes before you close it should be your responsibility to fill that order because I still had three minutes when I pulled into this parking lot but couldn’t get the products that I ordered… I spend money here every single day… Guess I’ll be rethinking dispensaries because if you close at 8o’clock your light should be on until 8 o’clock.That’s like just completely put a bad taste in my mouth for this dispensary. If you want to close at 7:55 change your hours to close at 7:55 not 8 o’clock.

Love NSH by far my favorite dispensary in the area, always a different variety and amazing staff, especially Brooke she makes you feel welcome and like a valued customer.

Knowledgeable, community-minded owners and staff. All of my questions are answered quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend them for your medicinal needs. Store is clean, aesthetically pleasing with community artists displaying their artwork.

Prices are high on flower. Staff is awesome and friendly. Both kinds of flower i got were good but you can tell they werd basement grown. They had a large variety of other products besides flower. Worth stopping in and checking it out, but i guess with only 2 dispenseries in the whole u.p. they can kinda set their prices at whatever they want. I did get a free gram for being a new patient there so that made it alot more worth it to me.

The staff and products are awesome! Well worth the drive from Marquette. Penny has been an incredible force in the medical cannabis world and I am always glad to support her.
