This is my favorite place for high end glass. Purple East has the best selection of high quality glass in grand rapids. They also jave great prices and friendly staff. It's a no brainer if you are looking for the best head shop in GR. The staff is super cool and knowledgeable. Makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. Don't overlook this spot. It's by far the best. If you are looking for it, they have it!!

Wish I could rate this a zero. I came here to buy a new oil pen for my cart. I told the guy exactly what I had (cart wise) and he pointed me away from the pen I had last time and sold me on a “Helix 2.0” for around $39. Got it home and found out my cartridge (platinum vape) wouldn’t slide down the chamber to the bottom where the magnet connected. The chamber width was too skinny.
Went to return it the next morning(brand new, all packaging the same) and was told, “sorry but no exchanges or returns..” I feel so incredibly misled and swindled. I asked if it seemed right that I wasn’t informed of this before buying, and all I got was a “sorry.”
Apparently my $39 is worth the entire lifetime of my purchases here. You had 100% of my business being right down the street, but you have now got 0%. I will share this with anyone I know. Terrible business.
