I love the energy and enthusiasm of your staff. What is disappointing is when I travel to come visit you guys I pre-order and have a budget set, when I get there (which this has happened) my order has to be changed because you seem to run out of stuff which I do understand but then there should be some kind of compensation. I think have your online ordering delete items available as they are ordered would help this process.

Had the pleasure of working with Bec. Drove up from Iowa and didn’t know what to expect. She was knowledgeable, knew the pros and cons of the products. She’s helped me pick out the right vape pen, edibles and flowers. Will be back!

The service here appears to be great if you’re one of the lucky ones that get helped quickly. However today I placed an order online, called upon arrival, and was told there were 2 people ahead of me. I then watched 4 other cars get served ahead of me, including those who had arrived more than 15 minutes after I had, and didn’t have online orders placed. Between talking to the budtender and receiving my order it still took 10 minutes, which makes it pretty clear it wasn’t actually ready ahead of time. In the space next to mine, the guy arrived 5 minutes before I received my order, and received his immediately after mine. So once again, great service if you’re one of the luckier ones, but be prepared to wait half an hour for an online pickup if you’re not. Products are a good price though for the area and good quality.

I live in WI and this is the only dispensary I like going to in the Midwest. It’s a cool, little place off the highway and the Budtenders are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I had a girl with rainbow hair help me my first time and a girl with really pretty eye shadow help me today and they are both awesome. I’ve only gotten wax so far and it’s been amazing. I’ll drive the four hours just to come here every time for my cannabis. Thank you all!!

Going inside isn't much different from when they just came to your car they just show you a iPad anyways. And I couldn't just go right in I had to wait at a bar type thing and still had to be helped by a budtendar. I recommend ordering on their website and just have it ready to be picked up. Also it seems they expect a tips like bartenders.
