Great shop and great customer service. Ordered a couple items which happened to be out of stock, and was very pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from Charm City with suggestions for similar products as replacements. A special shout out to Naomi for starters! She worked with me thoroughly on finding what I needed, and was more than willing to double check the discount table first! I felt like she truly cared about me as a customer, and wanted me to have the best experience possible while shopping! She also took extra time with me, as I sometimes struggle to make up my mind.
Overall, the whole shop is great! The gentleman with the long hair was also super helpful and gave me a phenomenal recommendation. He even dealt with me as a slightly difficult customer, asking tons of questions to be sure. I love it here, and you will too! Check them out for all your cbd needs!

I have to give nothing but Kudos to Charm City Hemp. If I had to pick some adjectives to describe my experience they would have to be knowledgeable, professional, thoughtful and kind. My better half and I have been traveling to Baltimore for the better part of 6 months from Central Virginia. I have been having treatment at The Johns Hopkins for metastatic colon cancer. We found Charm City by chance. Upon our first visit we were greeted by Kyle. It was a fantastic experience! He made us instant fans and really knows his stuff. Chelsi as well.
We highly recommend Charm City! Order in person or online. Call and ask questions. It's all a good experience.
