No refunds are permitted, but the refund policy will not be reflected on your sales receipt. When I asked the owner why the sales receipt does not reflect the refund policy his reply was” the same reason 7-11 and Royal Farms do not list theirs.” Poor answer for a business owner. Curio Wellness in Timonium accepts returns/refunds and the customer service is more professional. I understand given the current health climate returns are a risk, but customers should be aware of the store’s policies. This is a simple fix, It appears like he is trying to hide something.
Reply to owner’s response- I’m not seeking to a refund or to return the product anymore. Therefore, no one is asking you to do something unlawful. Not sure where that came from. The simple fix that I’m referring to is to have “No refunds or returns” listed on the sales receipt.”
Additionally, I do not typically purchase from Curio nor did I indicate that anywhere. I’m not a serial cbd/marijuana returner. Lol! I’ve been trying to find a product that is effective yet lite on the stomach. That’s all.
