Crescent City Vape Marigny

I have been twice. This vape store is beautifully laid out and stocked, and the associates working there were both pleasant, however, one was much more knowledgeable than the other concerning what they had in stock, as well as the business in general. I got everything I needed the second visit, but I could have hung out longer if I would have had the time!!! They're slightly on expensive side..but great variety of stock!!!

Awesome selection even though it's all pre-made juices. I usually prefer house juices however the guy working the day I strolled in was so knowledgeable and helpful I tried a pre-made juice again and he totally changed my mind! Opened my eyes to a different company I've never heard of before. I forgot to get his name but he really was wonderful! Thank you big guy behind the counter!!!

My favorite place to get vape products. The environment is very chill, the people that work there are really knowledgeable and have answered ALL of my questions. ( I had a lot of questions when I first started vaping.) I went in today and D'Jae and Patrick helped me pick a new flavor. Both of them were so helpful and friendly.

My only complaint is that half the time they're out of suorin edge pods which is really annoying!!!

Just discovered this place. Like visiting a neighborhood bodega. Patrick Bowman, the manager was totally courteous, accommodating and helpful to this anxious senior. I'll be sending all my friends very soon.

Nice store, very clean. I went in looking for a simple refillable vaping pen, and was pretty confident when I walked in since Vape is in the name.

Unfortunately, the selection of Vaporizers could probably fit in one display case.

I just wanted to send a thank you to Patrick (and the other guy working the counter, I didn't get his name and the girl answering the phone on the weekend) for all their help. They couldn’t have been kinder, more patient, professional, informative and empathetic to me; a lifetime smoker who has to quit and knows zero about vaping. I walked in (with a big dog) and a lot of fear of quitting and they were so positive, encouraging, funny and patient with me; taking the time to see which vape/ecig would be best for me and explaining how to use it. I was going to order online but I'm so glad I didn't because they made me feel like I wasn't alone and that they would be here to help in my transitioning into being a non smoker. Hope this review is helpful to any smokers out there.

I was given an exceptional customer experience and they had exactly what I was looking for. I went in with a resting b Itch face and came out looking like the Joker. I was very satisfied and happy with my purchase and service that I received.

Went to St Charles location a year ago to get a new coil and they sold me a pack of them. They ended up being the wrong coils and because I had Opened them they wouldn’t take them back. So they opened the new location on St Claude and decided to give them another try. I had Just bought a iStick Pico and needed a new coil. The guy that helped me seemed to be unsure it was the right coil but insisted it would work. Once again they sold me the wrong coil. They need to have staff with more knowledge of vapes and coils. I will not be going back. Two tries was enough.

Had a great time there. They had a special going on the shop owner informed me of, 14$ plus tax for an 8th of CBD. Awesome deal. Will return soon 💯
