Guy had no idea what be was talking about, had to call his manager 3 times. I bought the wrong one and they refused to give me a refund even though it was unopened. Take your buisness somwhere else

The customer service was awful. I tried two vapes and neither of them worked. Then the man offered me to try a different brand that was the same price and it was terrible and shaped liked a banana. SO I said I don't like this vape can I just get the one that's a little more expensive and pay the difference. He said " WELL YOU ALREADY OPENED THIS ONE". I was like... dude it wasn't the vape I wanted ill pay the difference of the other one. And he literally called his manager twice before he let me pay the difference. And at first he lied and said he couldn't do that and I was like? ANYWAYS annoying and the vapes are all knockoffs.
