Awesome shop great selection came from Colorado working in Kansas and found the profile RTA Unity and they helped me build the mesh coil at there shop very help full also got the aegis great price and even threw in there house blend for a good price you guys are awesome man I will be coming to this shop every time I work out in Kansas recommendation this over any vape shop in town wish u guys were in Colorado 😬 great job guys 👍❤️

Have never been impressed with this place. One there house juice is low quality and two the customer service is horrid. I continued to hit up this location because it's just too convenient in relation with my job.
The last two juices I purchased were expired by 5 months!!! When I went in to complain about it today I was told sorry, nothing we can do about it😳😳😳😳.

Would NOT return to this Vape World location if it was the last vape shop in town. I’d drive anywhere else. Manager was originally nice when I have came in to make a purchases but definitely doesn’t care to actually fix an issue if something happens. Instead will insist it was “a user error and he doesn’t know what else to tell you.” Also was told to charge the device even though I had for several hours and than 2 1/2 hours again after leaving the shop and nothing was happening. Yet I went to another Vapor World and was treated better. Which I than choose to spend more money there, which paid off in the end. I went to 3 Vape World locations yesterday and this one is definitely one I will never return to because of poor customer service from the manager when I had an issue.

Excellent customer service! I have spent hours in this store learning the world of vaping with the staff. They've helped me troubleshoot my device on several occasions and don't stop until the problem is resolved. I highly recommend this vape shop!

Went there to buy a new mod was told The mod that I was purchasing had temp control come to find out after purchase and trying to use it only had amp controlYou would think the staff would know the difference and of course no exchanges after You open the box and actually go through the functions and use it and come to find out the sales person lied to you or was a knowledgeable and just trying to make a sale

These guys are really nice and always happy to explain anything I don't understand about vaping. Big selection of juices, not so much with mods and tanks but whenever I go in there it seems like they are stocking more and more stuff and are expanding there selection. My favorite vape shop in town for sure

I went to 4 different vape shops before I found vapor world and now call it my home. I was having a hard time with my coils and vape when I first started and they heard me instead of just buy this and that. They are always patient when trying new juices and hooked me up with the right mod and tank for me. thank you everyone at vapor world!
