Absolutely the best customer service and selection of products. You just cannot beat their prices either. What I appreciate they do not try to upsale you on devices that you do not need, and the fact they will take the time to find out what works best for you. Once or twice I have had minor issues with coils, and they were quick to resolve any issue I have had. If you are looking for vaping products, check out Alohma, you will be amazed. Make sure to check out the stor off 75th. Best little hidden secret in the metro.

They sure do love to verbally and physically assault their customers and I put that on everything I myself have been a victim justice needs to be done with these people I’m sorry I just don’t know how besides to put this out there

Bad customer experience. I don't recommend this place.

My experience with this store was very frustrating. Instead of working with me to make me a long term customer, they made a short term unhappy customer that was sold a product that doesn't work and the store denied replacing the product or worked with me to make me a happy customer.

Basically, I was sold a malfunctioning product.I went back to the store to see if they could fix it and make the product work. They agreed that the product wasn't working right but they didn't want to replace it because I didn't have the receipt or I didn't have an account with them (I never heard of this account thing before and I don't understand why they try to make me responsible for having one). They were aware that I bought the product at the store, I told them I could show them a bank statement with the shop name or what else I could do to get the bad product they sold me replaced or work together on getting a different one. Their answer was: 'Sorry I don't think we are going to be able to help you today'.

Well, thanks for selling me a bad product and for providing me with a bad customer experience. Again, I don't recommend this place.

This is one of the best vape shops I've been to. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I went in not knowing what I wanted to get and they helped me pick out a new vaporizer, no pressure or trying to upsell! Even though I live close to the Plaza, this place is worth the drive.

Real helpful and didn't feel pressured about anything or like I was imposing because I asked allot of questions. And they are dog friendly and I always have my dog with me and they genuinely are a group of the friendliest and helpful people I've meet.

Misty and Keenan are the best. This place goes above and beyond in a way that no vape store I've even been to has. Keep up the great work, Alohma!

Man oh Man! Where to begin with how amazing this establishment is?! From the warm and inviting staff, to the fantastic selection of todays top vaping products, it's plain to see that Alhoma takes the cake! Oh and did I mention that THEY DELIVER to the comfort of your home! I've been vaping for about 8 years now and have never been happier with a Vape Shop such as this one. I will forever be a loyal customer to Alohma and I highly recommend this shop to anyone either just getting started, as well as our notorious Cloud Kings/Queens. They got you literally covered from every angle. Jared, for example, is always extremely informative about the educational aspect of what you need to know about your new products. He takes his time each purchase to make sure that you understand not only how to operate your devices, but operate them to their optimum abilities and above all SAFELY. I could go on and on about each great experience I've had here, but then you would be reading a book. Either way, quit wasting you time reading this and going to any other shop. Love this Alohma location. Helpful staff and we always drop by to chat with them. Juice selection gets a little sparce nowadays though, and I sincerely hope it's not a sign. Stay alive!

Enjoyed the vape I bought and the raspberry flavor but wasn't happy with the kiwi melon it feels too dry for me idk but I love this place.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me save money by repairing & cleaning my existing vape so I didn't have to buy a new one! Grateful to find such good customer service!
