The owner was very helpful!! I am a first time user and needed a lot of facts/information prior to purchasing. We went to two competitors prior to arriving at Rocky Mountain E-Cigs and received very minimal help. Arrived here and we spent almost an hour being educated and left very happy! These guys are awesome. Patient, friendly, knowledgeable. They have genuine Kangar parts, and you can tell these guys really care about the future of their business. I went to this store after having a terrible experience with a crooked counterfeiter at Country Vapor, down the road. Rocky Mountain E-cigs is the real deal!
