What a nice place to go relax have a lunch and browse the store. I was really impressed with the knowledge the young man had about CBD. I’ve taken CBD for a while but their CBD brand from Extract Naturals is great. Worked faster than my current brand. I had a really awesome night sleep. The pain I had in my back was even gone and stayed gone for over 36 hours before I needed the next drops. I feel this is a better product than the brand I’ve been using. Thanks and I hope they keep this brand.

I was purchasing a refill of kombucha for my growler earlier today and the older woman that was receiving my payment was extremely rude, complaining about having to swipe my American Express card and that it takes more money away from them when I’m already getting a “good deal.” She stated that they’re “practically giving it to me for free.”
I feel that their customer service could be way better and there’s no reason I need an “FYI” about what credit card company I use. If you don’t want to take American Express, then simply don’t accept it.

My husband has had diabetes for almost 20 years. He struggled daily trying to keep his blood sugar under control. He was taking significant doses of two types of insulin and two oral meds. I live in Arizona. I spoke with the owner Nathaniel regarding a unauthorized charge from a company Natural Well Shop named on my bank statement. Found out someone is falsely using his company name and they are fraudulently charging people's cards. He stated I am one of many who have been calling him regarding these unauthorized charges. He did his research and found out it was a foreign entity making unauthorized charges on victims cards using his company name. I am a victim and have disputed the $198.00 charge with my bank. It's unfortunate that a nice young man like Nathaniel and his family owned business are also victims of some crooked foreign company. I wish him and his family the best in these already trying times. Praying that the criminals are caught soon. They have caused a lot of issues with the real Natural Well Company and have created victims of credit card theft.

I visited The Natural Well for the first time not long after they opened. I have Hashimoto's disease (autoimmune thyroid) and while my meds (I take Armour Thyroid) keep my thyroid levels "good" by lab test standards, I was still suffering symptoms of low-level depression, mild anxiety and intermittent fatigue (all symtoms began with onset of thyroid disease 3 years ago). I purchased both 500mg CBD oil and, "evolv immun" acemannan supplement (designed for autoimmune support). I took both for approximately one month. While I was told by staff that maximum benefits may take several months to develop, I have already recovered to the point that I can confidently say I now feel as energetic and emotionally balanced as I did prior to my thyroid diagnosis. I have been searching for a place where I could find information and help with CBD. I was visiting my family in Leavenworth Kansas and found Nathan! I have an old dog and I thought I was going to have to put him down, but my friends told me to give him cbds. So I found this store on my way home and I bought some cbd oil for my dog.
