Amazingly friendly, knowledgeable and non judgmental staff! They are always happy to help and will go the extra mile for all of their customers! Parking can be frustrating but that is normal for all locations downtown and not reflective of the business itself. In fact, once you walk through the door all your frustrations just fade away due to the wonderful atmosphere. I have been a regular customer for over a year now and have recommended the store to multiple family and friends and will continue to do so any chance I get!

I absolutely love visiting your shop!!! Everyone is always so kind and helpful, and I always leave feeling happier because of the people who work there!!! I have never been treated with anything but kindness and professionalism, no matter what kind of question I ask or how awkward I am. It's rare that I can say a place truly makes me feel welcome or comfortable, and The Despensary is one of those very few places. I have never been disappointed by any of the products I have tried, and will continue to be a customer!! Thank you for all you do!!!

I love this place. The staff is always super friendly and ready to jump in and explain the products at length so you get the right item. They also have a good selection for amount of space.

Been a customer since OCT2021. Every staff member is always knowledgeable and professional. Today was no exception with Sabrina, I was an embarrassed mess of a puddle and she took extra care to ensure I walked out with exactly what I needed. Got legitimately sick from one of their fake edibles what kind of business sells fake products if you see them selling any products like Cheetos or Nerds Rope or Skittles run these are fake products in fact they don't even have a listing for the actual company if you look on the package

I decided to drive 2 hours to try this place out and it ended up being like an adventure to find white castle. I spent 45 minutes jamming in the car while trying to find parking and then had to walk a mile to the store, but it was all 100% worth it. The prices are fantastic, the products are extraordinary, and the service is out of this world! I spent the whole 2 hour drive home with a smile on my face and my new hat on.

I am looking forward to future engagements of leaving a happy customer! 5 stars was an easy decision and I must clarify the customer service was particularly exceptional. (Parking downtown can and will be difficult most of the time during business hours do keep that in mind before venturing out)
