Stopped in real quick with 7 o’clock one person in there the gentleman behind the counter I haven’t ever seen him there before and he could not even acknowledge my presence and I stood there for 10 minutes while he helps somebody else you just lost a customer

My husband and I came in because he needed something to help him sleep since he’s been having trouble and we wanted to try a CBD product. When we went in we were greeted politely but when he asked for our IDs (which we gave him of course) he proceeded to tell my husband that his ID wasn’t a valid form. It hasn’t expired and it says his age, it’s just an international ID which he uses for EVERYTHING and has never been told it’s not a valid form of ID. Nowhere did it say that it has to be a US ID. All IDs are accepted everywhere even other CBD shops but why not here? Never coming here again even just for myself.
