Ive been vaping for 5 years, and this is hands down the BEST vape shop I've ever been to. Every single time I go in, one of their friendly, personable associates helps me get whatever I'm needing in a matter of minutes, and if I have questions they are knowledgeable enough to always have answers. I frequently get discounts from rewards points, and they also offer discounts for students and military/police. The house juices are FANTASTIC-my favorites are Blunderbuss Ice and Beetle. If you vape or are looking to quit smoking, there is no better place to get what you need.

I would just like to say every time I come into the store with a problem it is remedied. Everyone in the store so helpful. And Tim the district manager is very skilled in his fiel you determine my problem and fixed it within 15 minutes. I'm very happy with the store and out of 5 Stars I give it a 6. This is the only vape store I will shop at from now on. Thank you for all your help to making my experience better. Great job guys.

Went here on a recommendation from a coworker and I'm glad I did. I am new to vaping (quitting smoking) and did not know anything about the vape I purchased from a different shop. I was having issues with it leaking and they fixed it for me even though I did not buy it from them and educated me on battery safety, etc. I went back in a couple days later after I tried to refill it and they identified what i did incorrectly and made sure I knew how to correctly refill it next time. I had made an obvious mistake, but he didn't make me feel stupid. I never felt pressured to purchase anything but in the end decided to get some more liquid that I like much better than what I was using. I will be returning when I need more. Had a great experience with the guy working there both times! He is very knowledgeable and without his help I might have given up on it. Thanks so much!

Screw these guys. They've lied to me, not once, but twice. Whenever they're out of stock of something, they'll say their conpetitors are out of stock too. They're not the best vape shop in town, and they know it so they talk bad about all the other businesses around them. When they lied the first time, I forgave them. Now that they've lied twice, I'm never going back.

Drove all the way from Bedford to buy a bottle of juice, ended up leaving without my juice because their computer was not working. I spend about $100 a week there. Matt the guy working was pretty rude about the whole situation so now I go to Vape Rush. ThatIs what I would recommend to a friend in Vape Rush. I even tried to tell him I would pay for it next time I come in and he said no. I’m S.O.L

Wow! What a great place. They have all the answers to all the questions and they even perform deliveries. The team here is incredible. I've never come to Nick, Shayna, Jadon, or Tim, and left without a solution. For all of your vape needs, no store should be better trusted than Maxx.

Now with the pandemic my card mysteriously doesn't work there anymore and I can't use cash. This is my favorite vape shop in Bloomington. The staff is so nice and funny (the one skinny girl with like hip length light brown hair is so so nice and hilarious I love her). They have an incredible juice bar where you can mix juices and create something unique to you that they log into a computer system so you can go back and find something you created months before (my bf did that today). They have an awesome selection of both juices and mods/tanks. It’s just a great atmosphere tbh I would come here just to hang out and talk with the staff.
