Great variety of ejuice and all of the things you need to vape...the customer service has been great in the past....the last few times on the other hand i felt like i was bothering the employees by asking questions. Hopefully i just caught them on a bad day...still by far the best place to go in the Springfield area!

As well as identifying new hardware and fluids that are typically found within the realm of what you enjoy, & then they let you know that it's going to be available, or is available, and are ALWAYS patient with the questions that you have even if they've been answering the same questions dozens of times all day long before you get there and keep up the repetitive day long questions... NEVAH rude, dismissive, or unwilling or unable to help with 100% of all your wants, needs, & desires in regards to your total Vaping journey...
