Horrible. Contacting the Illinois Department of Financial and Personal Regulation tomorrow. My wife uses these services in lieu of pain meds due to a chronic condition. Unfortunately, she has been ripped off so many times at the Effingham Medical Cannabis location that we had to start video recording her orders being opened. Normally when an issue occurs it is always weight related.Which while a pain to deal with, they get resolved after a few weeks sometimes. However this time we were surprised to find the product was covered in leaves and stems. Poorly manicured would be putting it nicely. Then to add insult to injury they got short with my wife when she mentioned the issue and asked which agency regulated the industry within the state. Poor form all the way around from what is supposed to be a trusted source for medical, and now recreational, cannabis users as well, . Lesson here ? WEIGH and RECORD every time you open your packages to inspect the contents after making it home. Not only was this particular product unprofessionally processed, after removing almost two grams of sticks and leaves from the OUTER layer of of plant material, my wife discovered some bud rot, which is a form of mold that started to ruin the plant material on several pieces. Now my wife is terrified she will have to go back on more pain meds due to the unfortunately unreliable, and only, source she is permitted to seek out her medicinal cannabis,

It was OK. Big parking lot, easy to get in with camper. Prices kinda high, waited quite awhile, they take med fills first.
