This is the best CBD company around (I'm from Colorado, so that is saying a lot). They are very informative and clearly answered all of my questions. I had a lot of questions! They set me up with some free samples in the store and I left with exactly what I needed for my sciatica for way less than I though that I would spend!

This is the only vape shop I’ve been to where the workers actually care about your experience and the quality of what I buy. Rob and victor have helped me in the past and they’re both very knowledgeable about everything. The prices are the lowest I’ve seen and I actually get more for what I pay for rather than at other places. It’s a great shop for learning about vape stuff and cbd and Kratom.

As a regular Kratom user I have bought Kratom from Batavia all the way to Schaumburg. There is no other place like Vaper Haus, it has hands down the best customer service from Rob and Kyle who are both so full of information on all of there products. Their kratom selection is like none I have ever seen, they have something for everyone, and I will never go anywhere else to purchase Kratom! Thank you Vaper Haus!

Stopped I this morning after my disappointing experience at vapecity. Got exactly the same thing here. If you use something they don't carry instead of selling you something they just send you out the door. So i went in for some replacement coils. Some stoned guy comes out and says they don't have them. "You should go back to where you bought it"
So i did. And instead of spending 5$ at vapor haus i went to Evanston and spent 45$ on a some new tanks from a shop that helps it's customers. That's how you make money.
This place is doing well enough to turn away customers i guess.

The girl who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable she took time to answer all of my questions and took time to explain how my new vaporizer works and even demonstrated how to fill it i couldn't be any more pleased about my visit and my choice to go there i will recommend this shop to everyone
