I came here to buy coils and juice and was disappointed with the selections. However, I bought a 100ml of a fruit mix for $19.99 and was told I have to pay and extra cost ($5.00) to add nicotine!! 🤬 Since I have nicotine at home I chose not to add nicotine. I definitely won't return here again nor would I recommend anyone to go here!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.
No professionalism with any of the staff. My friend purchased a rig there and no he wasn't trying to watertest anything on the wall as the owner said to his review. She was there for 2 minutes before she left so I don't see how she would know what happened in the shop. From other reviews i read i see that they have a habit of selling defective glass to people. The fact that their go to move is to point at an all sales final sign tells me this isn't the first or last time someone has been ripped off.

In response to the owners reply: it's not my fault you don't remember seeing me there because I remember you standing by the register before taking off. You were there 3 minutes tops. So idk where you get all this information you present as facts. I bought some filters check your sales log. Your shop was called immediatly after finding the damage and your sales associate said he needed to check with the owner when she comes back BECAUSE SHE WASN'T THERE!! So go ahead and think your being attacked, I'm trying to help people not waste $180+ on defective subpar glassware. I used to bring people in because the short Hispanic guy gave me discounts accordingly for bringing in customers, but now I don't want people associating me with getting ripped off.

Called in asking for synthetic urine and the lady was very rude and judgemental. Hung up on me and didn't even want to answer any more calls. First and last time ever calling. Called the smoke shop on 59th kedzie and their customer service was awesome. And they carry synthetic urine. She was so rude I almost feel like driving and wasting my time to curse that female dog out. But not worth it. Learn how to talk to people lady,not judge.
