Went to the shop today looking for a water pipe. We were greeted by Ruby, she was very nice and professional. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to help us look around. We ended up purchasing a new water pipe and a few other items also. We will definitely be visiting again soon!!!

Associate Katie at the Alton location is amazing! She was the only worker in the store on a busy Saturday. Although us customers pulled her in all directions, she kept a smile on her face and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I only want to come when Katie is working!
