Just left from there. Excellent customer service. The place was clean and the products were well displayed. The sales rep that helped me (Alex) such a lovely person. She was super helpful and very knowledgeable about what I wanted (Anti-scar roll on). She also made a recommendation for other products. I received a 5% discount and was told if the product does not work to please return. 5 star worthy!

Love all their options. The women I saw while there on my visits new their stuff! It was great going in. And the face that they have already diluted kid safe oils is absolutely fantastic! I will own all their oils one day! :)

Amazing, high quality oils at excellent prices. Some of the best customer service ever. Great educational and information on using oils on the website. An absolutely top notch company.

Their customer service is good until it is not. I had some problems with how they handled their security breach a few months back. Everyone had to go to their bank and cancel their cards but the whole time PT pretty much denied that it was their system that got hacked until they could no longer deny it. Meanwhile they did nothing to help the affected clients.

Most recently they had a sale 20% off diffusers. They get every one super excited. They offer an extra bonus the first day with double points. Then half way on day two they announce a new color Rose Gold. Of course everyone who purchased the first day is totally upset. We all would have purchased the rose gold. We don’t understand why they did not announce the new release color when they announced the special on the diffusers to start. I felt like they just spit on all of their loyal customers when they did this.

I have had suspicions that they play favorites with their Social media contests. They don’t use a randomized. They just pick a name on the screen that has the correct answer. It’s easy to play favorites.

Edited 07/18/2019: I can not get completely unsubscribed from their mailing list. It starts back up a few weeks after I unsubscribe. I was also threatened and harassed by people via their Facebook for my review of them on Facebook. I was in addition publicly slandered by these people. They can respond all they want with pretty words but they don’t take my complaints seriously they don’t even respond to my requests to resolve the email issue. As for the security breach they took weeks to admit it was the. They original claimed it must be some other company. They were quite slow in dealing with that issue. As they are with this issue concerning repeated spam coming from their system. Don’t trust these guys. Shop anywhere else.

I love this company. Their prices are so much cheaper than their competitors. I took a tour of the place and was able to meet many of the employees and saw how the oils were made from start to finish. Very impressive company!

Always free shipping, price matching in store to their online prices, coloring area for the kids while parents are shopping, and awesome customer service. Good place to get quality oils.

My absolute favorite place to buy quality affordable oils!! As good of quality as doterra or young living brand oils in my opinion, but much more affordable! Highly recommend!!

It is a beautiful store and they always know there information about each Essential Oil. Everyone is super nice and helpful.
