I can't say enough about these guys! Awesome shop, great products, and absolutely STELLAR customer service! I usually deal with Kade and Atlas but every staff member is amazing. Ben helped me with an issue and he was also awesome. I will only go here for all my vaping needs as these guys have absolutely earned my loyalty. I strongly suggest going here for all things vapor, you won't be disappointed. Thanks guys!

Sorry to say after years of going to outlaw Vapors since they started out next to Fred Meyers...I will be looking for a different place to go... I bought a 100.00 system that did not even last 8 months, they would not work with me and I spend alot of money in that store... I think any unit over 100.00 should last at least a year, if not then you replace it... this was a problem with where it was being plugged in the whole thing came out of the system....even if they would have offered to pay half for a new system...but nothing.... I am really upset about this...and they have lost a very loyal customer.

This is the best vape shop EVER. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I've been to a couple other vape shops and they always made me feel like I was an inconvenience since I wasn't super knowledgeable about vaping. BUT NOT OUTLAW VAPOR!! The staff is outstanding. They were able to dumb things down and make it super easy. Made sure I knew exactly what I was buying and made sure I knew how to use it/set it up before I left. If I have any questions about my device or simply need help taking the coil off because it's too tight, I don't hesitate to come in here & get help. And let's not forget to mention the MANY MANY AMAZING and different flavors they have to offer. (Their point rewards system is also a bonus and makes all your purchases worth it!) I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY VAPE SHOP UNLESS IT IS OUTLAW VAPOR!!

Sad to say I won't shop here anymore. Been shopping here off and on for several years. I am disappointed in the new level of customer service for those loyal customers. After buying a new coil that burnt put in a day, I returned to the shop and was fiveg no offer other than buying a new coil. I was also told none of my reward points where valid

I just went in there today trying to quit smoking and the worker at the shop dumbed everything down for me and got me a nice set up researched the products on youtube and online prices matched good reviews very happy and will be going again

I'm from out of town and stopped in to get a few flavors. The guy at the counter was super helpful and very nice! Will return if I'm in town again!
