At first glance the shop seemed very nice and put together, though maybe a little preppy for a vape/glass shop. The employees I thought were respectful and kind proved just how wrong my thoughts were when I started working there. Easiest said, and I quote management words "if the clique doesn't like you, you won't be here for long." Great words to a new employee right? But the big no no for me when it came to this shop was when I bought a 400$ piece of glass "studenglass gravity hookah." The shop put it together completely wrong and there were pieces missing from the box. Because of that the seals broke during cleaning. I was never given a receipt for my purchase which is needed for the items 10 years warranty and now the shop refuses to give me a receipt. So to sum up this shop, they'll act like they're nice until you spend 400$ or more on a faulty product and will then 86 you for trying to go get your past purchase receipt. As someone who's worked in this shop, all I can recommend is going to any other shops as none, even online, have scammed me like this this store has.

I don’t really go to vape shops, here or there just to look at glass and occasionally will buy something if I need a replacement. I randomly popped in after eating lunch, The associate was very friendly and asked Alexa to play electric avenue. That’s when I knew I had to buy something, so I did. Great staff and great price !
