I come in usually once a week and they never fail to greet me with genuine smiles and I give them feedback about something new I tried so that they are better able to help other customers. Usually go to this place. They had some new products and I was curious about them. I was asking questions on how they were compared to the elf bars. All I got were short answers and she just kept telling me they were different. Okay I understand that tell me HOW they are different. “Well the flow is different”, ok tell me HOW. If I ask about a product don’t just tell me they’re different. I’m only assuming that she had no clue what she was talking about which if you don’t know cool, but can you ask someone who does instead of just telling me they’re not the same 3 different ways but not telling me how they’re different. Gave three stars cause there’s another girl in there who always answers my questions and helps me out tremendously when I’m in there. I’ll just make sure I wait for her next time.

The employees are pretty nice, but nothing is labeled, or priced, so you have to ask about everything. And they seem to get a bit annoyed if you take to long to decide. And you can expect to spend at least an hour here unless you have experience with vapes. Which i dont. I went here to look at options to quit smoking

On December 3rd I purchased a Loki and straight out of the box it did not work. They refused to honor the warrantee and suggested that I go to the manufacturer. I went to the manufacturer and did not receive correspondence back. I spent good money and supported this store and they refused to acknowledge that as a customer I deserve to get a product for the cash I spend. I will never buy at this store again. There are at least three other stores in town that honor my patronage and I am disgusted with the way a product wich I paid for and did not work coming out of the box and did not receive a fair compensation.
