Stopped into Viable Alternatives after reading many reviews. I had very limited knowledge of Kratom. Evan was able to explain, in depth, the benefits, history, and dosing to me. I would absolutely recommend anyone to go in and speak with him. (Also, from what I've seen, their prices are much lower than everywhere else in the valley)

Well, I've been a diehard Lux customer for YEARS and now, I think I found my new place. Great customer service, very transparent about QC and testing as well as their step by step process. *update* I was a little unsure about the quality of the kratom at first. That's primarily why I stuck with Lux . I can now say with absolute certainty they have a better product with more choices at a better price Im thoroughly impressed.

New shop in town! Very clean & comfortable atmosphere. The employees are very knowledgeable and super helpful. Maha Kali Red is awesome! And I like the fact they put QR code’s on each product so you can go see the testing results. 5 Stars.
