The ladies that work here are very kind and quite beautiful. Ready with a joke and something witty to say. Decent bargains as much as u can expect from a tobacco company. There are many extras like lighters beers and cigars by the box or individually wrapped. I've never had a bad experience.

I went there today on 2/18/22 at about 7pm. I used the drive thru as I always do. I pulled up and asked the short brunette girl if they had a certain flavor of a brand, she hesitated then went and checked. She came back and said they were out. I then asked what they did have in stock for that brand. She huffed and replied “they’re all the way at the other end of the store.” Then she proceeded to say, “why don’t you just come into the store so I don’t have to keep walking back.” This makes no sense because she’d still have to walk to the other end because stick is behind the counter and the register is on the opposite end of the store. I said “I already knew what I wanted but you were out, I’m just asking what you don’t have in stock so I can choose.” I chose one and she brought them back. After rolling her eyes, being short with me, and disrespectful, she handed me my stuff back. They tell us to try the capes before we leave in case they don’t work. I did that and they usually take the boxes back to put in the trash. I waited at the window and she never came back. I tossed the boxes onto the ledge and drove to the front. When I entered the store, there was not a single customer inside. Instead, there were two employees behind the counter. This was extremely poor customer service. Both of them said it was an inconvenience to walk and check what they had in stock. The other employee was a taller big blonde. The disrespect and attitude was unnecessary from the beginning considering I’m a regular and was nice from the start. If you can’t deal with nice customers from the start, get a new job!
