Me Sylvia and my partner spend 150 dollars at hemp co I saw a hemp spa book what retail price was 16.99 us dollars.when I hope we the book to look at the price.the owner charged us 30.00 us dollars without having it priced a with another refillable.when we went back to tell him this he said we are marking up the retail price.he did not wanted to refund the book.he argued and said he can charge a thing.we want red to but more but not bow
