This is an update on my first review
My only complaint is they quit offering senior discounts and other discounts that they had when they first opened, I would have bought more if they had some discounts
But none the less the young lady at the counter, Amber was extremely helpful
They are lucky to have her

Nice little shop! It has a nice variety of accessories for smokers. Pipes of all shapes and sizes, vapes, vape pens, oils, CBD and tobacco products. The prices aren't too bad either. I'll definitely be going back on a regular basis. 👍🏾

I was just passing by through town and wanted something to hold me over.. kinda help me relax a bit for a long car ride I was taking, and I came along this store! I don’t usually write long reviews like this but the moment I walked in I was greeted by 2 sweet women and the young lady who helped me out and informed me about alllll things delta, as I have never tried before. She showed me amazing 25mg gummies that made my road trip go so smoothly. I’m fairly certain her name was Amy.. she had dark curly hair and glasses. Anyway, Amy and the other kind blonde woman made the store seem so friendly and welcoming when I walked in!! I will definitely stop by whenever I pass through Savannah again!

My original post wasn't very flattering so I have to update it. I'm giving five stars because they're awesome. Customer service is great they're answering their phones to answer questions about products, to which I'm really pleased about ...so I had to go back and change my review and give them five stars. They definitely deserve it!
They remodeled and it looks fantastic in there now and they have plenty of products in stock. Very happy with them. I appreciate Alex the manager who worked with me answering questions and retrieving points that I had earned on a couple of purchases. I used to think the store in Pooler was better but now it's a tie!!!! Especially since Victory drive store remodeled, so now it doesn't matter which one you go to because they're both amazing! Love them!!!!

Sophie, the "district manager" gladly sold me a defective product and wouldn't let me swap it out when I attempted to return it. She was extremely condescending and disrespectful. I asked if she at least slightly understood where I was coming from, but she didn't seem to care at all. It is unfortunate that this business is aware that they are committing fraud, and still choose to do it anyway. I guess it is what it is.
