Akira he’s the assistant manager and he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was also extremely pleased to find a water soluble CBD oil as I cannot tolerate the regular CBD because of digestive issues. If you have IBS or Crohn’s they have A water soluble version that you can tolerate so I would highly recommend coming here
