I go here all the time, but I bought a vape today and it was broken, I called and the owner said that she couldn't give me a refund or give me another vape. This a bad business and it's sad because you just lost 2 loyal customers today. Is this how y'all treat to people that spend money here on a regular?!? TRASH, I spent my MONEY only to get a broken cart.

I have known the amazing owner of this establishment for a number of years, and I was so happy when the store finally opened, so Georgia would be able to enjoy the wonderment of her vision. They have a huge selection and they have amazing customer service. I am out of state and only order a few times a year, but they treat me like I pay the rent. I highly recommend Hemp Haven ATL for all your holistic therapy needs!!

My first review on google EVER!! This place is amazing. Great selections, really cool vapes, best customer service. Every question I had about each item I asked about was answered. Owner and staff are super friendly even with everything going on in the world right now. All in all, I am definitely coming back here and consider this to be my new home smoke shop. 😊

I had a wisdom tooth that was broken, infected and inflamed. Soon after surgery, the painkillers wore off quickly and the pain was intense. I was fighting off tears as I entered the door. The store owner gave me some high CBD flower which I used in a portable vaporizer. Empress, thank you very much for the pain relief.

I've been going here for three years, ever since I moved to the neighborhood. They have a good selection of vape hardware and juices, and a huge variety of CBD products. The owner and staff are knowledgeable and helpful.
The prices are typical for a small independent vape shop: not deep-discounted, yet still reasonable.
What really sets it apart from its competitors, though, is the casual, comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. No glass & chrome & fluorescent sterility here, the softly-lit interior is dotted with big green plants, cushy furniture, and unusual art on the walls. The owner, a vivacious Black/Cuban-American woman, encourages hanging out to chat or just chill whether or not you're buying something at the moment. You might even get to meet her cat or her kids :)

I went in looking for a pain cream for my grandmother. I was helped by Drew. He was very knowledgeable about the products and offered me multiple options at varying prices. He was a great help as I bought the JustCBD pain cream and a few other products that have haven't been able to find at other shops. Great store!
