What a great experience Tyler was amazingly helpful and I know that vaping is my wife's new cigarette ! What a well informed young man who answered all questions and was very knowledgeable on the Juice he recommended. Looking forward to doing more business with Tyler

Employees were very helpful with picking out a device, suggesting flavors to try and offering advice/tips. I would recommend stopping by ANY of their stores in the Tampa Bay area. Nice relaxed environment, great selection of devices/juice flavors and amazing employees. They helped me pick out my itaste MVP 2.0 and AeroTank. There are so many great flavors to choose from so picking a favorite is hard to do. Currently I'm bouncing between Gambit by Five Pawns and Space Ape by Moon Mountain, but I have a long list of flavors that were recommended and I plan to try them all. Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchases and have yet to be disappointed by any of the juices.

I don't ever think I have been displeased by a visit to Purely Vapor. They always have the best and most knowledgeable staff that help, rather than just look for a sale. That is what set these guys up above the rest. They are patient and if you are looking to get into vaping, there is no better spot to start. Their assortment of juices is mind numbing, and you can try each one. I love this place. You will too.

Very knowledgeable staff and the best prices in Tampa. Other stores charge 11.99 for the same bottle of juice that purely vapor charges 7.99 for. overall great experience.

Read the reviews and decided to check this place out....Well, I wouldn't even give this one star if I didn't have to. By far the worst customer service! Guy looked so miserable to be working that even my husband asked him if he was having a rough day. Would of walked out if we weren't in desperate need of juice. The juice is absolutely disgusting and we dumped 70 dollars down the drain. At least get a decent mod to taste what you're planning to vape. I've never been to a vape store where the employee looked so unhappy and unwilling to help. Thanks for nothing...We will be sticking to places where people are friendly and make you feel welcome. This was the shop on Kennedy blvd.

These guys & their business ROCK! I went there with a newly acquired dripper setup to inquire about how to build coils, re-wicking etc...& Robert that was working there was extremely helpful...he taught me everything I needed to know about the world of dripping & rebuilt my atty, showing me each step as he did it...I've been back to this location a 2nd time for more juice because their selection is awesome & will continue to shop there!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ! !

I shopped here before and the sales customer service agent helped me with my selection. I prefer coming to this location using the large screen TV to select ejuices. The flavors are awesome.
