Natural Life CBD Kratom Kava

I have been going to this store for about a year. They have a good selection and Katie has always been helpful. However i purchased a cbd vape pen and after one toke it clogged and despite my best efforts just wouldnt work. I brought it back to Katie and despite knowing me and my purchase being in the computer refused to exchange it without a receipt. She was very dismissive and inflexible. So unfortunatley i will be going elsewhere in the future.

I really didn’t think I’d be a fan of this lol. The idea of snuff has always been kind of gross to me. But I was given this as a sample by both Hailey and Anna, who have yet to this day ever steered me wrong with their insane level product knowledge. Sure enough… I ended up liking it way more than I thought I would. They really know their stuff, and they’ve gotten to know me so well that they somehow evolved into knowing what will work for me before I do. Can’t stress enough how amazing these girls are! As a matter if fact, I’ll be heading over to get some more as soon as this post hits so they have to awkwardly look me in the eye after I’ve been talking them up so much! 😜

This place sold me 2 batteries that broke only within a few months of each other. The first one they didn't refund me because I didn't have a receipt even though the guy there was the same guy I bought it from. The second time I brought a battery 🔋 back I had the receipt 🧾 but they said because it was more than 2 months old they wouldn't refund it. I gave them another chance and tried to purchase some delta 8 edibles but the girl got an attitude at the end of the transaction so I told her she could keep the mechandise and give me back the money. Did not complete the transaction. I would've spent $21.48. This location lost a cash paying customer. I never had a problem at the other location. Don't know why every time I go here it's always something. Shop at the store next door, Tleaf instead.

Every experience I've had at Natural Life has been GREAT! Products are amazing and the service could not be better! I love their house strains of Kratom, and one of their representatives, Sara, is extremely helpful and has the warmest vibes one could ask for! Definitely worth a stop in

I visited the store for the first time on 12/31/2021 and brought my twin sister along for the ride. I purchased a number of items, one of which was the Treetop Hemp Co 800 mg, Delta 8, Cherry Pie disposable vape pen. It was recommended to get my receipt via email and text since people often tend to lose the paper receipt. I wrote my information for Kathleen to enter into their system and was offered an email and text message receipt. However, I NEVER received it. And my sister only received a receipt via text message, not by email, when both were offered by Kathleen at the time. I returned to the store on 01/05/2022 to show Kathleen that the disposable vape pen was not working. I've made multiple attempts to charge and pull from it (really hard, which I demonstrated at the store), but it seemed it was clogged and nothing was coming out. Kathleen said that because of the return policy, unfortunately there is nothing she can do for me without a receipt. I told her I never received one but she claimed she made sure to send it to me on the day of the purchase. I told her again that I DID NOT receive it via text or email and I've checked my Spam folders. She said that this is why she always recommends a paper receipt, when in fact she DID NOT. I left the shop angry because my purchase was literally days ago, my vape pen is defective, and I was basically told that I wasted my money. Curaleaf and Trulieve make it exceptionally easy for customers to return items even without a receipt. As a first time customer, I'm highly dissapointed and 12/31/2021 will be the first and last time I ever shop at Natural Life.

The farmers batch is a really good deal. 👍 I love that they sold lube, I wish they'd bring that back

I love this store! I regularly come in for kratom and delta-8 products. Normally I'm helped by Anna who is very knowledgeable about the products sold here.

I shopped at Natural Life, Thomasville, for quite some time. The shop was always clean and well maintained in terms of organization. The employees always added to a positive shopping experience, making me feel welcome, as well as being very consistent in their professionalism and kindness. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to the products they sell, and if I had to recommend a shop for someone’s natural supplemental needs, I will always tell them Natural Life. Keep up the great work!!!

Natural Life is my new go-to for anything CBD and Kratom!! SUPER clean, friendly, convenient, and their prices are half of other places!! Even if I move, I will take the ride just to come here!! I have also already turned others to this place, and they keep going back as well!! I would rate it 10 stars if i could!
