“DONT GO HERE” FAKE VAPES! I don’t even wanna give this vape shop a one star, all there vapes are fake, I’ve been buying for months and for the past couple of months they have been tasting funny and literally dying and making noises hours later, we’ll I decided to look into it and your suppose to be able to scratch the sticker off on the back of the box and there’s a number on that back and you can validate them on the fume website, we’ll come to find out it’s just a sticker and there’s no code underneath! What a joke I’ve been throwing money done the drain!

I bought four of those Novo devices from them including a fifth of the new fifth generation one totaling around $250 plus all of the juice and coils and the trips over there the $25 units all failed and because I did not have a receipt and even if I did I was always referred back to the main or facture which at this point I don’t see why I would come in there I can either order from the manufacturer or from Amazon both of them keep my receipts for me and I don’t have to worry about any of this I don’t know if you know devices are being sold here that are not as good as the ones being sold from the actual distributor and that’s why they fail but in 30 days for that many devices to fail and for me to be told that there’s nothing they could do is absolutely unacceptable. Another customer switches to online.
