Great selection of different CBD products. Great customer service!!
I had a product that was damaged and found out the day after I bought it, I went back to show what had happened and they had no issue replacing it for free. Really nice staff, definitely willing to help.

I love this store! Chris, the owner is extremely knowledgable about the products he carries and the law, relating to cannabis and hemp. He doesn't just take the vendors "third party testing" at face value, he invests his own time and money in performing third party testing to insure that the products he sells are in fact top of the line in quality. I respect his commitment to excellence and will continue to support his business and I find his products very useful even though I have a medical marijuana license in this state, I find the resources, knowledge and experience that Chris brings is second to none in this community. The only place I will buy legal hemp products as they are legitimate. Licensed by the state, lab tested and within state regulations as they get frequently inspected. I have stomach issues and after doing a bit of digging I decided to try legal hemp products and this was the only store in the Pensacola area I could find that was actually licensed to make their own product and it works for me. Works well. Id recommend anybody whos been curious or have been looking for a legitimate source of cbd and delta 8 thc and more to shop at ion cbd you will certainly be a repeat customer
