I have been shopping at this location for years. The staff is more than accommodating, knowledgeable, and well mannered. I have always been impressed from day one with how great their customer service is. Heidi (Blonde with long hair if I have the wrong name), and Giovanni have always been great.
I love this store, and prefer to only go to this location, because they truly know their repeat customers, and make their new ones feel more than welcome. I have brought many friends here, and will be happy to refer more.

I bought two Vapes at the Yonge Street location in Ormond Beach Florida. I tested both Vapes in front of the attendant. They both worked for one Puff. However one of them stopped working I called the store within the hour the attendant remembered me. I told her I would be in tomorrow to exchange it. I was told that I cannot exchange it tomorrow that it has to be today. I let her know that I was on my way to West Palm Beach. She told me she will not exchange it tomorrow. Unfortunately I did not have the time to turn around and drive an hour back to Ormond Beach to exchange it. I will not be back. I am very sorry I was expecting to be giving a raving review. Instead I just threw away some money. I'm sorry to leave a bad review but it's the truth.
