A friend and I went there today and the employees were VERY nice, but the owner was *incredibly* rude. The selection was varied, but I would rather travel a little more and be treated with kindness than spend a little less in gas and be treated with skepticism.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MIAMI. I've never met someone so rude and disrespectful in a smoke shop. Usually employees at smoke shops are supposed to be helpful and friendly but this lady had 0 interest in helping me or being useful at all. Did not want to answer any of my questions even after I showed her my ID which is the first thing she said to me when I walked through the door before at least saying hello. Would rather go to a gas station for papers then come back here.
