Update: I've been taking the Trim tincture for less than one week now. On the box, it talks about appetite suppression, but that's not what I was looking for. I already have a good diet- clean, organic, vegetables with every meal, no wheat or dairy... you get it. But I was steadily gaining weight due to low thyroid. My thyroid meds are not quite right yet. Well, after less than 1 week with Trim, I'm already seeing results- I've stopped gaining, and I've lost 1/2 pound so far. Next time I see Kate, I'll ask how it works. For now, I just know that it does! And her suggestion was spot on!
