I want to begin by stating I am from Washington State, a legal cannabis state. While the 'hemp' sold here did give me a buzz, it is not up to Washington standards. The budtender was awesome and in Florida you have to take what you can get until you can throw a quality seed in the dirt and let the sunshine state take over.
