The second we walked in the guy was extremely helpful, but not pushy. Felt no need to buy anything but he was very helpful and informative about the product's. This was the best pipe shopping experience I have ever had. Hands down.

As a local this is where I go to get my glass, kratom, cbd, etc. and I usually know who is working but a few nights ago I was walking my roommates service dog and stopped in to grab some kratom. There was another lady there with two small dogs that clearly were NOT NICE. They started barking, while the service dog remained calm and I couldn’t even get 5 feet into the store. Instead of asking the lady to leave with her unfriendly dogs, I was the one who had to walk out. I’m extremely unhappy with this experience and recommend anyone looking to satisfy their head shop needs go to the cigar factory, they always take good care of me and they are just a few shops down from island mystique.

Called the store several times and don’t even ring just goes to voice mail that is full, every unprofessional business that alone says a lot about a company and I am new to keywest will not visit that location ever.

They sell everything you need in one store. Something in here for everybody. Lots of options for glass and the dopest shirts! Your wasting your money going anywhere else. These guys will hook you up!
